    Voluntary departure and being served
My friend is being served for an accident she had when she was living in the US with a working permit. Even though she had insurance and it was a very small accident, the other guy is asking for more money than the insurance covers and therefore serving her. However, my friend was then given voluntary departure by an immigration judge and left the US. What can she do? Can this affect her in the future if she becomes eligible to go back to the US?
