    Minnesota eviction
We have a signed year-long lease with our tenant who is threatening to not pay rent.

Can I present the pay rent or quit notice on Oct. 1st? If I understand correctly I then have to wait 14 days? (in MN) to file the court complaint for eviction?

Should I get a lawyer to get through my first eviction?

    Thanks for the advice!
