    Is it true that child support continues after the age of 18 until 23 years of age if the child continues to go to college?

    It is true that it can, if your child support agreement says it has to, then it has to.

    General child support agreements go to 18 but can continue if the child is attending college. But there is no hard and fast rule that says that's the way it works. Each court ordered child support has the term written into it.
