    Bankruptcy discharged but lien remains
I have discovered there is a lien placed on my property through a loan acquired before I filed bankruptcy. The loan was discharged through the bankruptcy. What should I do to get the lien removed ? Does filing bankruptcy release me from this claim ? I am receiving calls from a 3rd party debt collector telling me that bankruptcy releases me personally but not the property. Is this true ? They also stated that they will recommend foreclosure proceedings. Thanks for the help.
