    Tax Sales
    I reside in Maine and I am interested in tax lien sales and Tax deed sales that I can
    Participate in without being physically present. It would be helpful to be able to
    Have access to the properties online in order to make sure that I am not bidding on
    A property with health hazards. I am also most interested in situations where the number
    Of properties are much greater than the number of bidders. Any suggestions on
    Particular states would be greatly appreciated.
