    The driver you refer to does not exist. Perhaps contact the place where you bought the computer, and ask for an explanation?

I have tried attaching a USB memory stick using Windows ME as the operating system. It crashes after if has detected the plug and play, forcing you to power down. Now when I restart it comes up with "can not access bpudffsd.vxd" How do I reinstall this file? What is this file? Also...

It is not a driver, and not needed. If you can get rid of it from Start-Up, then do so. From 'run'... type in Msconfig Go to 'start up', and see if you can lose it.
