    Mildewed air gap
I just bought a 1986 home and it needs a few things done to it. First the air gap by the sink is all broken and molded. Is there a way to replace that alone. I have not yet tried out the dishwasher and I know it has something to do with the air gap. Could there be a reason why it is all molded. It is so disgusting looking I don't even want to wash dishes in the sink. Help.
