    Sublet Tenant
What is the name of your state? Florida

I am renting a house and sublet to another person. This person signed an agreement with me that stated \"1st/last/no dep\" This person paid July's rent and then notified me 10 days into the month that she was moving out. She is demanding a month of rent back because she wants to move July 31st. I have acknowledged her notice, but she paid for this current month(July) and since her last was paid when she moved in, she has until August 31st to move her things. Agreement did not state #days notification
