Rental House Haunted
We have a rental house and the people who live their now asked if someone died in the house. The old renter who lived there for 15 yrs did die in the house from heart failure. He was an older man in his late 70S. I don't know how to go about this. The renters wants the spirit to move on. They describe the spirit as a young girl not an older man. The only people who has lived in the house is my family and then the older man and his wife before she passed away in the hospital.
