Hello everyone!

Today is my first day with a cigg or alcohol in about a month. It is so hard for me to fall asleep... I feel like I can stay up forever and my heart just won't relax and my brain won't shut off and I get dizzy... this is extremely annoying. I don't know what to do. Sometimes I feel like I might puke. Lol... I wish I never started with these stupid ciggs. If I smoke on and off through college do you think it can ruin my life? Even if I stop after... because I don't smoke in the summer because my parents are around and I just can't so whenever I am home I don't smoke or drink but when I'm at school I smoke and drink... is this bad?

What can help me fall asleep at night when I am going through this withdrawl thingg?

Please see a Doctor. Be brutally honest about your addictions. Tobacco/Alcohol reduce Vitamin B in your system. For sleeplessness, I take Vitamin B12 with Folic Acid, available in Health Food Stores.
