Nicholas Roske ,a would be assassin was targeting Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh .

Nicholas Roske ,(aka Sophie Roske under his transformer pseudonym ) has been sentence to a whole 8 years for his attempted assassination of Justice Kavanaugh .

Why such leniency ? Because a Judge appointed by Clueless Joe's auto-pen ;Deborah Boardman,; decided he would be punished enough by the cruel Trump justice system that has him going to a men's prison.

During the hearing Boardman also questioned Mao about Roske’s treatment in prison, as there is a current executive order mandating that Roske be placed in a male-only facility. Mao responded to say that she did not know how Roske would be assigned, and that the treatment of transgender inmates in federal prison is the subject of litigation.

But Boardman (who has been one of the judges who have halted some ot Trump's agenda through ruling from the bench) wrote her own interpretation of the law in her sentencing . She considers the guidelines as "advisory " .
