    Commercial building on a city centre redevelopment site.
    Help for Essay = I am planning the development of a commercial building on a citycentre redevelopment site with proposed nine‐storey, storey height on each floor is five metres. How much realistically would it cost to build?

    Its like saying I have a big hole... how much dirt do I need to fill it in.

    There is no way to tell. You have so many variables. Suggest you start looking at similar buildings where you live and contact the builder.

    Where it is at.
    What type of construction materials
    It would take a contractor hours of detailed work to even give an estimate. After you provided all the real details.

    Start your project, design the building, and then you would have details for a cost
