    Selling house, with a judgment
    Ok, this sight is very helpful. I am wondering if at the time of the sale of our house. (we just accepted an offer) if we will have to pay this or if we will have the right to wait so we can pay other people to. Maybe payments or a big lump sum. We owe for 4 children's doctor bills and we also have other debts that are out there, they just haven't gotten to a judgment yet. Hopefully with the sale of our house we will lift the weight off our shoulders and give everyone what we owe. I guess I will get to the question that was on my mind. Are we going to see that judgment at the time of closing or can we work this out withou everyone knowing about it?
