    Ex leaving for Mexico and wants to sign over rights
    If your ex is leaving for Mexico and is not a legal residence here and want to sign over there rights, what can I do?

    Do about what? You can't sign over rights without an adoption ready to take place. Get a child support order in place before they leave.
