    Can anyone help me figure out what movie this was?
    When I was a kid in the early 80's, my brother and I rented a futuristic obscure cartoon movie. What I remember about it is that guys were inside robots fighting one another. Midway through the movie, the heroes discover a guy who had been enslaved by the enemy. He had a gray face and a broken spike on his forehead. The lower level badguy was in a mech like robot and he had a snidely whiplash moustache and he he kind of reminds me of Major Bludd from GI Joe. This would have been mid-80's at the latest.
