Obtaining naturalized citizen certificate
Cannot obtain wedding license w/o certificate of naturalized citizenship, which NYS says takes 7 to 14 or more days; civil wedding is scheduled for 5 days from 2/22/07, groom is in military. How can we obtain the citizenship certificate immediately?
