Help please!
When I was younger, I remember staying up one night (this was in the early 90's) and watching a movie about a group of kids that were being picked on by some local bullies. It looked like a 1980's movie, but I'm not sure. I remember this kid came in to town on a motorcycle or motor bike. He had long medium-dark brown hair, wore shades, and the kids that were being bullied called him laughing boy. He ended up falling for one of the girls in the group. I remember she had her hair cut off by one of the bullies. So "laughing boy" cut the bullies hair. It was bleached blonde and long. He cut it and left it on the porch of the girl's house that had her chopped off. I know this is very little info about the movie, but it's been driving me crazy for years. I think the title had animals, zoo, wild, or something like that in it; however, that was about 20 years ago, so I don't remember.
