Termination of fathers rights in the state of California?
Well I have a 19 month old son and the sperm doner has not seen him only once and he doesn't pay child support or anything does not call. Nothing. So I want to get papers to get his rights terminated just in case years later he decided he wants to be in his life and not only that I don't want his signature if I get my sons passport I don't want to find him just to have him sign something. So do I have to be married so someone could step in after the sperm doners rights are terminated? Or can he voluntarily do it because he told me he would if I get the papers. Please get back to me asap!!

Just because you both agree to it doesn't necessarily mean that a judge will allow his rights to be terminated. And even if his rights are terminated, that doesn't necessarily mean he's off the hook for paying child support. Have you filed for child support yet?

You call him the sperm donor, is this just a way of disrespecting him or was this actually artificial insemination?

Sure. It wouldn't hurt. Might discourage him from changing his mind years in the future. But you never know for sure. A judge might be persuaded to disregard such an agreement for who-knows-what reason.
