Lease option or Tenant buyer leads
Hello All,
I am an investor in virginia and I was wandering if anyone new of a good place to get leads for tenant buyers? There is a program that works in reverse. They find the tenant buyer first and then match them with the investor. Instead of finding the home and then trying to find rentersThey together go and get the home. The home owner is using the investors credit. It is called Homesforme.net? Anyone heard of it? I was trying to do the same thing but on my own Any insight would be valued thanks |
