    visual basic + altera apex board
    hi, this is janice.

    can I ask if anyone know how to use visual basic to read and send data of an array of 128x128 to altera apex board?

    I need to use visual basic to read the data in notepad. Then send the data to the altera apex board. Then visual basic will receive answer from altera apex board.

    can anyone help me on this ?

    If we're talking about a "board" (e.g. motherboard, PCI card etc.) in a PC here then Visual Basic might be a little too high level to be able to achieve this. Writing to a piece of hardware is an complicated operation and I don't think VB would be the best language to do this in (something like C/C++ would be better). Maybe the manufactorers of the board have an API or a support area that might be able to help?
