you dont have to feel bad when your standing up for yourself,you dont have to feel bad saying no,you can feel powerful and strong and confident.

your not a mean person,you give your time readily,so you wont go to far the other way and end up being a right cow,but what you can do is find the balance.

when you make a decison stick to it,if you really feel uncomforable with something,say so and stick to it,if there is a compromise,then go with that.

But you are right red, in the fact that you do have to be one once in a while otherwise people will take advantage.

I'm pretty easy going and can take a lot of others people crap,but then someone comes along,pi$$es me off royally and they get the full whack...

Its quite liberating.

Like a big mental and emotional crap... and it feels good.
