What is ramen?

Blasphemy. It's the cheapest meal on the planet. Costs about 10 cents a meal. It's also fairly healthy. Not to mention, very yummy.

Basically. No real meat, just a packet of crushed bullion-like powder to add to the water.

Yep, cooks up in about 3 minutes on the stove. Quick and cheap and yummy, and perfect for someone like me. Poor and lazy.

I'm fine with the swear words being censored. what i don't understand are words like d!ck being censored. it's a very common word used for a part of the male anatomy, and it makes reading some posts in the AS forum difficult.

It's really interesting over in Literature to talk about Charles D**kens. When I saw that filter snafu I fell out of my chair. It came out Charles ens.

It could be worse.

One site I was a part of had a filter that changed the 'offensive' words into 'inoffensive' words even if they were part of another word. We finally started saying "hecko" to each other out of habit. :)

One forum I was on changed every expletive or naughty word into "milkshake" :D
Made for some interesting posts.

I use the terms penis, willy or wing-wang :p

The alternate spelling of 'come' another that is frequently censored here, mostly in AS.

It does make things confusing when the word is blanked out, but funny trying to picture what word they wanted to use. Lol
