    80's movie about teenagers finding glowing box in forest
    Trying to find the name of the 70's or 80's movie about teenagers who find a glowing box of sorts in the woods - all I remember beyond that is a prom scene with furry oversize animals wearing armor...

There is a movie that I am looking for the title of. It is about a group of teenagers that fix-up a hotel or maybe a mansion that they turn into a hotel. It's a comedy, and is probably from 1987 or so.
