    Furnace Problems
    1. The furnace has not been heating the home when I set the thermostat fan on "auto" and "heat." I found that if I click the fan from "auto" to "On," the furnace would blow warm air and heat the home. After the home was warm, I set the fan back to "auto" and turned the thermostat to "off." So this is what I did for a couple of weeks.

    2. Last night, I tried my 'remedy' in 1 to heat the home but nothing would happen. The furnace would not kick on and it didn't blow warm or cold air.

    3. In the chilly morning, I tried (1) again and it worked. There was some delay after I turned the fan to "on" and "heat." Eventually, the furnace clicked on and warmed the house as it had been doing. However, after heating the home, I turned the fan to "auto" and the blower keeps blowing continuously. In fact, I've found even if I turn the thermostat to "off," the blower keeps going.

I think I'm definitely at the stage where I need to get someone in here to look at it. However, we live in a rural area and we got a lot of snow. It would be extraordinarily difficult to get someone out here. If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it.

By the way, the Thermostat is labeled "York" but on the inside of the cover it says "honeywell." On the furnace cover, it says "Home Air." Thanks in advance for your help.
