    Desperate for the title of this movie about an alien boy
    I remember this movie from my childhood. I don't remember much, but it was about an alien boy who landed on earth and became like a citizen in the town. He wore regular clothes, maybe overalls. There was this scene where he got drunk and I think he tried to drive a pickup truck. The end was so sad. The alien boy died or maybe even was killed and there was a funeral for him with a caskett and everything. But I think his people were able to save him and beam him back to where he came from. Please help me with this. I am desperate to know the name of this movie! I have searched the entire internet and came up empty. I think the alien may have been played by a dwarf actor. It is not Starman, ET, or Mac and Me.
