    I want to Buy Real Estate Notes
    I want to buy the mortgage that the owner and the buyer of the property made. The Grantor is the owner of the note and the grantee is the buyer. In most cases the Grantor is a bank, but I'm not interested in that but only when a Person is the grantor.
