    Without any other details, sounds like a weak battery.

    Is this the first time to start it this season?

    No I even hooked it up to a car and that is the only way it would start it I know this is for answers but I don't know how to add to my part up there

    No it takes a car to jump it for it to turn over fast to start?

    There should be a blue "edit" button below your post. If you click that it will open up your original text for editing.

    As for the motor, if you jump started it with your car, and everything worked fine, I have to assume it was a weak battery.

    If this is on your lawn mower, after you jump start it with your car battery, mow the lawn, and by the time you are done, the battery should have been charged back to 100%. If it has not charged, suspect that the battery may need to be replaced.
