    Private Business Valuation
I am serving two business "A" and "B". Business "A" provide services 100% to Business "B". Business "B" have contract with client hence provide services to the clients.

Business "A" and Business "B" have resolved to merge i.e. Business will forfeit its equipment while Business "B" will forfeit all customers to a holding company "C"

The question is how Business "A" and "B" worth and how shares from Business "C" will be allocated to "A" and "B" based on value transferred to Business "C".

Any thought will be highly appreciated.

    Regards
