    Volume COntrol disappears from task bar!
    My volume control on the task bar has disappeared and I don't know how to get it back. SndVol32.exe and SNDVOL32.EXE-0EC6FD20.pf are there in windows but how can I get the control back on the task bar? I am using XP Prof sp 3.

    Not sure about XP but in Vista right-click on an empty spot in the toolbar. Select TOOLBARS - NEW TOOLBAR then select what you want to add.

    Thanks, I've sorted it out. If I'm using my new logitech speakers it seems to replace the speaker symbol with another which provides more detailed controls. So all OK and working now. Thanks.
