Join Account Frozen
My wife has a judgment against her and they froze our joint checking account. We have
Since filed for a Claim of Exemption and Request for Hearing. I have two questions. First, what are the odds of getting the funds that were mine in the account back? 1/3 of the funds were my paycheck and the other 2/3 were from my 401K loan check that was deposited. Second, Since we've filed for exemption the suing attorney is wanting my wife to fill out an "Execution and request to produce" form and go to a deposition. Do we have to provide everything they are asking, since they've requested this information already from the bank? We are in Florida. Thanks in advance for the help. |
