    How many pushups should I be able to do?
    I am about 5'7 and 14 yrs old and I tried today and I did 33.that was really well compared to everyone else in my school but I still think I didn't do very well.any advice or info would help. Thanks!

    Well, I am 14 as well, a little heavier build, 5'7 as well. I can do at least 100 pushups. Not bragging or anything. I have lots of upper arm strength. But 33 Sounds about right.

    33 is good. If you keep doing them, you will be able to do more. It's easy to work up--as goliath says, to 100 or more. I could do about 20 at your age, and about 10 chinups, but I was a girl and we tend to have less upper body strength. You've inspired me to do a few... :)

    I'm was the worst when it came it push ups! You haveto keep working at it. Challanqe yourself. Try doinq 5 more each time your do it. Don't set hiqh qoals. Slowly try doinq more and more. But don't try killing yourself w/. Pushups! If you keep doinq little by little soon you will be able to do 200 w. no problem :]
