    Doesn't quite look like an orb... it could be a dust particle caught by the light reflecting it in the camera (sometimes they magnify that way too) or a possible light in fracture from the table by your dog. It could be an orb but from what I see on orbs (and this will probably differ from what others think) they are very round and generally have clear circles with patterns inside them... they can also be different colors. Blue light is also associated with angels. Hard to say.
