    Unearned rent/end of period worksheet
    I am doing an end of period worksheet and I do not know how to post unearned rent. I have a credit balance of 2200.00 and at the end of the month the unearned rent is 1000.00Where/what do I credit and/or debit?

    The Debit will be to Unearned Rent Revenue
    The Credit will be to Rent Revenue

    Unearned Rent (DR) - 1200
    Rent Income (CR) - 1200
