Alty, that was a great story. I was there, sort of, I think. But your writing the story made it come alive and brought it all back into focus. When will this book be published? I am ready and waiting and can say "I knew them when!" I loved that story.

Little Starby "Ducky", what a great story teller our little Alty is... I am so glad that Starty asked the question, aren't you?

I loved the Ducky story! I've heard the whole book from Alty, and I was on the edge of my seat waiting to see my fate! :D It's a really good book, and I can't wait for Alty to find someone to publish it!

Speaking of Alty... Alty where the heck are you?? I was going to call you lastnite, and then it got too late. I'm going to call you seeing as this isn't normal for you to be MIA this long!

Ok, missing Alty found! Hearing you, Starby, makes me want to read Alty's book too. Alty, find someone to publish it quick so that we can also read the Duck story ;).

Hi everyone. I have a minute so I thought I'd "hop" in to say hi. :)

How is everyone? Unky, so nice to see you, I never seem to be online at the same time as you.

Starty, what's baking? Anything? Go on, give me a description so I can drool. :)

If my book gets published, big if, I'll personally send a copy to all of you. :)

Rebbie, guess what I did last night? I started painting a new picture. Not loving it so far, but I won't give up. I'll post it when it's done. :)

Oh, I'm relieved! I couldn't imagine people to have enough facilities to have real animals of zoo at home! Well wish them a happy playing party for me.

Starty, I could have a zoo in my living room with real animals. ;)

Bummy tummy, not good, you rest and get better sweety.

Unky, I won't give up, but it's a bit frustrating right now to look at the painting and not like it. I'll keep working at it, after all, it's been over 7 years since I picked up a paint brush in an artistic sort of way. Also, the paint is not the best quality and my brushes are all very brittle. I need some new supplies. My birthday is Sept 14, maybe I'll get some new paints and brushes then. :)

I'm sure you're kids or hub can provide you with these. I too was practicing some painting some years ago, and the result was an awful mixture of paint, lol. Btw, you're painting on cloth?

Cloth yes, and with oils. I just have to get back in to the swing of things, remember the rules of painting and get back on track. :)
