Capacitor problems
The outside fan on my A/C fails to kick in. I replaced the capasitor two times, it runs for awhile with the new capasitor then will not start after it shuts down. The A/C is approximatley 12 years old. Is this a problem that can be fixed or do I need to replace the unit.
