    Changing a revocable trust
Can I as as grantor and trustee of a revocable trust remove one or all of the real estate listings included in the trust WITHOUT the recipients knowledge?

Don't see why not. Read through the provisions and see what it says about 'modification'. A "revocable" trust is revocable, is it not?

It can absolutely be changed BUT you have to make sure any changes are in accordance with that provision (the provision explaining how to make changes) in the original trust - in these cases I always recommend that the Attorney who wrote the original Trust write the codicil. This can also turn into a challenge in Court if the receipient claims undue influence so I'd consult with your Attorney and protect yourself and make sure your wishes are followed.
