    Relequishment of parental rights
    I want to know how I would go about giving up my full parental rights to a baby to still be born. I don't want the child, I want to give it to someone I know who does. What do I do? And what kind of paperwork needs to be files?

    This is posted at least once a day - if you do a search you will come up with all kinds of answers to the question, many of them on a State to State basis.

    Are you the mother or the father? Are you referring to an adoption?
