    I haven't seen my husband in two years. He just up and left me one day. He was supposed to have gone to work and never came home. I need to find him so that I can get a divorce. How do I start?

    Did he just leave you or is he missing? I am sure he will check in with family sooner or later. Stake out his Mom & Dad's house?

    I think you can get a divorce by proving he abandoned you, especially if you haven't heard anything from him since. The length of time may be different in every state so you should probably go to a lawyer for a consultation.

    See an attorney; your missing husband can be served "by publication", in the legal organ (paper) where he last resided or where you reside.
