    Can bankruptcy remove tax lien?
    I read somewhere that you can file bankruptcy Chapter 7 to remove tax lien with some
    Limitations. Does any one knows is this true?

    I recently filed bankruptcy I the state of KY and according to my lawyer you couldn't file on tax lien or college grants.The law may have changed a bit or be different where you are my advice is to talk to a lawyer about any concerns you have.I wouldn't have known what to do or even how to file if I didn't have a lawyer.
