    Is it wrong or illegal for minors that have a kid together live together?
    [F]I am 14 going to be 15 in july and i am with a girl that is 16 and we have a baby and we live in two different towns and i was wondering is it legal or ok if she moved in with me and my dad or could my dad get in trouble with the law because we are minors??? because if we could live together it would be easier on me because i want to be with my baby all the time and i want to be with my gf that i asked to marry me and she said yes so we are engaged to so i want them to live with me but my dad is worried about getting in trouble because we are minors???:confused:

    The age of consent varies from state to state. But I don't recall any state having anything lower than 16. I could be wrong though. And then some states also have little loopholes that are more to do with age gaps. Look into your states laws. And what do her parents think anyway? I'm sure the would probably have to consent to her moving as well.
