Do you sub lease from sister or do you lease directly from the owner ?

You talk to the person who you lease from, also you take your copy of the paper work and read everything it says

Sounds like your sister wants you to respect her wishes for the rules she wants in her place. Even though you signed a paper with her for living there she most likely sees it as her place and wants you to abide by her rules.
You could possibly go over her head to the apartment managers but I am sure that would cause problems with your relationship with your sister.
If she had you sign a lot of papers and you didn't bother reading them then it is likely you did sign a paper for her with a list of her rules and expectations.

And of course I guess I have to ask a silly question as to hold old you are, sorry but this almost sounds like a young teen or something. I am sorry but just the way the question is asked. I would assume someone over 18, since you are renting from a sister but it just does not sound like a older person.
