    In The State Of Florida If The Father Does Not Sign The Birth Certificate Can The Mother Still Get Child Support??

    Drag him into court and they can do a paternity test if he denies he is the father.
    If he is the father then (I assume they will add his name) they will order him to pay child support.

    Well,

    My husband has 2 girls. One is 16 and the other will soon soon be 18 in a couple of weeks. They don't visit or call him. All he pays for child support is 300.00 a month. Which is not bad. They treat him bad because their dad married a woman who is twenty years younger than him. Hey... were happy and make a great couple. So like when the daughter graduates, do we still pay 300.00 or does it go lower?

    Don't quote me on this but I'm pretty sure that he is paying that price for two children right now! Once the other does turn 18 they should lower the amount. At least I know that's what happened to one of my friends parents. The only way that they won't is if he owes ant knid of back child support

    If they continue into college then he might still be held responsible for support.
    If not then it is depending on your states age some states you have to pay up to 21.
