    Really you need to let it run its course. Your body is trying to get rid of a virus. Just make sure to drink plenty of water also eat light.

    First, how long have you been having diarrhea? If more than two days, go to the doctor.
    The best product, and mildest for diarrhea ia Kaopectate. If you take a cup of hot water, and sprinkle a pinch of ginger into it... and sugar to your taste, this can calm the stomach of cramping. You must just sip it though. I hope that it works! Please take care!

    Diarrhea is caused by a TON of things. Without taking a complete history from you it's impossible to tell what is causing it or how to make it stop.

    Could be the flu
    Could be food poisoning, etc...

    Drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Do not take meds to stop this. It is your bodys way of getting rid of toxins
