    Vaginal bumps
    I have painless bumps on my labia and near my vaginal opening. My clitoris is also sore. What could this be?

    Oh, dear, this could be almost anything to nothing at all... You have a very brief description.

    Do you have a discharge? Is it white and creamy? Any odor? Are you sexually active?

    Let's not make sweeping generalizations and diagnoses until we get the answers to the questions Twinkie. Could be nothing more than a yeast infection.
