Cannot send email after hooking up wireless router
I have all the correct settings in my outlook account. But after installing the router I can not send from my laptop.

I am running windows XP, outlook 2003 from HP Pavilion notebook. I use Cox High Speed Interent service and the router is a Dynex enhanced wireless G router. All other services work fine with the wireless. I can send from Outlook using my hotmail account, but not my webmail account. I use wireless at my office with this laptop(changing outgoing server address each time) and it works fine.

Have been to every site for every piece of hardware, dynex, hp, mircosoft, etc.

Been to every tech help site on the globe. Nothing. I think, however, the settings on the router or the port restrictions may have something to do with it.

    Any help would be appreciated.

This issue can get a little complicated. What are the SMTP settings you are using for Cox? You mention not being able to send webmail. Are you referring to cox's internet webmail portal? What is exactly happening. Are you timing out? Are you able to read mail? I will have some suggestions and probably more questions after you reply.
