    Med's without order
    I have a Senior in a nursing home that was receiving heavy doses of a narcotic without a doctor's order , and it was almost fatal . Is there any recourse ? MI.

    Of course, the nurse giving the meds can be prosecuted. Can you please provide any more info? Why is this med being given? Who, if anyone, gave an order? etc.
