    Taxes.
    Thanks.
I have already filed Form 8233, do I need to file 8843 in addition?
So, it is sure that I have to file as a nonresident or 1040NR-EZ. Is there any way , I can qualify for the 'economic stimulus plan' by the IRS ?

A nonresident must file Form 8843. Why have you filed Form 8233?

Nonresidents will not get stimulus tax rebate. For more information on the eligibility and how much rebate you will get read: Your U.S. Tax Return: Are You Eligible for 2008 Stimulus Tax Rebate Payment?
