    Pay Day
I have worked for my current employer going on 3 months. She asked everyone last pay period to wait up to 4 days or if we could wait up to 7 days to get them. Today is pay day again and she did not hand out paychecks. Who would we contact legally to let someone know we are not getting paid on time? Labor and Industries?
    Thank you ~

I think you should contact your state's dept of labor. Legally they can't not pay you. I personnaly take this as a "red" sign and look for a new job. I would be scared to keep working there and afraid of not getting paid. There's got to be a reason like they don't have the $ to pay the payroll. YIKES!
