    Weeks changing in custody?
I am suppose to have my son every other weekend and on Weds. This started Feb 23rd. If you look at the calendar you will see that on March 29th was not my weekend to have him. They try to stay away from the school because of his attendance, sending him to school with just candy for lunch etc. I pay for his meals at the school. She moved 10 miles away from our old home and was having my son ride the bus there and that's where they would pick him up. I started watching and on the 29th nobody was there to pick him up. He is only 7 and was walking down the road. I picked him up and called 911. She is trying to say that because she had him over spring break and Easter holiday that the weeks for my visitation changed. And that it was my week. The order states nothing about the weeks changing. I don't think I should have had him until the following week. And that is according to my calendar. I only followed the bus for his safety because, I know how they are. And obveously he was told to take the bus by them. He could have been kidnapped or anything. The sheriff's bought her story. I live in Arizona. Any ideas?

The sheriffs don't want to get involved in custody issues. You need to go back to the court that set up the schedule and have it clarified.
