Do you like software or hardware; getting programs & systems to work or making new programs & systems? Do you like making websites? Think about the things you most enjoyed doing computer-wise when you were working on your degree... what do they tell you about a potential direction to take?
Rather than taking additional college courses, you may want to consider investing in a good certification program. Once you've figured out an area you're interested in (networking, DBA, web design, etc.) Google it with the word "certification" added. Having solid technical certification in an area will make you much more marketable.
